2025 - 2026 RD Jr. Wrestling

RIVER DELL JR. WRESTLING is a recreational wrestling program open to all residents of River Edge, NJ & Oradell, NJ in grades 1st - 8th. The 2025 - 2026 season will start in November and run through February holding practices at the RDHS on Tuesdays and Thursdays with competition wrestling generally on Saturdays. Attendance for practices and competitions are NOT mandatory. Our goal is to develop wrestlers of all ability levels in a safe and fun environment.
